According to FAI rules, voting rights are held solely by NACs which are represented at the Plenary Conference by a Delegate or an Alternate Delegate who is present at the time of voting, or NACs which have given their proxy to a NAC whose Delegate or Alternate Delegate is physically present at the time of voting. Please be reminded that proxy votes are limited to one per present NAC and must be pre-authorized by FAI (ByLaws 3.3.2, Statutes 3.6.1.2.4). In case you and/or your delegate/alternate delegate is unable to attend the Plenary Meeting, fill in attached proxy form and return to commissions@fai.org.
